Our Technology
Using the most up-to-date structural steel detailing software & supporting Tools , such as Design Data’s SDS/2 , CMS from Struc Soft & FABTROLL , we provide the highest quality drawings and 3D models for our fabricators and detailing firms.
SDS2 : 14 Licenses
Design datas SDS2 software solutions are a unique discipline – driven family of software’s products that provide the construction industry with a more intelligent way to increase both productivity and profits. SDS2 software produces smarter models nad diverse solutions that empower users to analyze structures design connections and detail steel to create the construction drawings.
SDS2 software creates smarter models that meet the exacting requirements of a diverse group of industries. Though SDS2 software is primarily known among the industrial and commercial sectors , several other industries benefit from 3D model and time savings that steel manufacturing industry , SDS2 has created an efficient and standard method to manufacture structures.
SDS2 BIM
SDS/2 BIM is the hub of model information for BIM coordinators. Designed to allow BIM coordinators to view all steel information on a project, SDS/2 BIM provides access to the 3D model in its native environment. BIM coordinators can have export capabilities at their fingertips for any SDS/2 model. Users will have the choice of several different formats for use with their coordination products and can import DWF reference models.
FABTROLL ( FabTrol Rev Software)
Drawing and document management software for the steel fabrication, detailing and AEC industries.
Fabtrol rev software powerful drawing management, transmittal & request for information ( RFI ) system provide a one – stop , integrated solution for managing documents through the lifecycle of a job.
- Drawing Management
- Transmittal System
- RFI System
STRUCSOFT ( CMS CNC SOFTWARE )
Component Management Software, or CMS, is a CADCAM software application dedicated to the production and manipulation of DSTV CNC file output format.
The DSTV NC file format is a German public file format developed specifically for the purpose of communication between design software and CNC Machines typically used in the fabrication of structural steel.
The DSTV File format has become the North American as well as international standard for communicating with Beam lines, drill lines, coping machines as well as angle lines. It is also used by a variety of plate cutting tables and plasma machines
CMS is available standalone or as an extension to Autodesk .
