Project Challenges:

• Connections was the main challenge for this project, it was as per member end reaction and not per member capacity.
• Small pipe supports, cable tray supports drawings were not available. We done this by taking coordinates from integrated model.
• Every structure is distributed in Module & Stick-built for better handling in shop & at site.
• Added Lifting brackets with required stiffeners & bolts as per erection philosophy. Access Steel Tech
• Various customized reports as per customers requirements.

Project Challenges:

• Completed Project 1.5 months before scheduled date
• Milestones and sub task tracking on a periodic basis using Fab Rev and
  in-house Microsoft Excel programs, saved huge ideal and lead time
